Boutique Workspaces

Rising 70 metres above the city, this boutique commercial tower reimagines the contemporary workplace through a balance of structure, light and landscape. Designed within a dense urban setting, the building is conceived as a collection of flexible, private workspaces connected by generous terraces and shared breakout areas.

A layered facade of solid and glazed elements creates depth, filters sunlight and enhances privacy, while perforated screens and integrated planting improve comfort and environmental performance. A restrained material palette, expressed through a strong structural grid, gives the building a timeless architectural character.

The result is a contemporary commercial landmark that responds to its climate, enriches the workplace experience and contributes confidently to the evolving urban skyline.
